Policies & Procedures
All drone operations are subject to an airspace assessment for risk and eligibility. Some locations will require additional authorization through the FAA for operations. If the location falls within the LAANC eligible network, vendor will submit appropriate airspace requests for the scheduled flight. Altitude is limited to 400 feet within this area without additional coordination through the FAA. The FAA may cancel operations at anytime.
Airspace Assessment
Weather
Local weather is always considered before any scheduled drone operations. Visibility, precipitation, and wind do present risks and must be observed.
Classification
Drone operations follow the FAA's Part 107 policies for commercial use. Airspace surrounding project locations will be assessed for altitude ceilings, local airports, and military installments. TFRs and NOTAMs actively checked.
Civilian Activity
Public and business presence is gauged before drone flights. Additional personnel used as visual observers for high traffic and complex metropolitan projects.

Terms of Service
All drone flights are subject to local FAA regulations and will be documented for safety and compliance. Each flight is covered by an insurance policy covering up to $5M in liability.
